Advances for oil have been fueled by optimism over U.S.-China trade talks, an output drop from major producers plus a decline in U.S. crude inventories. OPEC production fell by 630,000 barrels a day to a six-month low, according to market reports. WTI Crude is $52.82; Brent is $61.84 this morning.
