This week saw falling demand in China and a surge in US production. The rapid increase from U.S. shale and tightening supplies by OPEC and Russia pulled WTI Crude versus Brent into a discount of more than $11 per barrel. WTI Crude is $65.63; Brent is $76.61 this morning.
