Concerns of oversupply resurfaced Monday after Russia reported a production increase in March to 10.97 million bpd from 10.95 million bpd in February. Prices were restrained by worries that Saudi Arabia will cut prices for all crude it sells to Asia in May. WTI Crude is $63.29; Brent is $67.93 this morning.
