After big gains, oil prices ease slightly. OPEC, with the inclusion of Russia, has agreed to cut crude output by 1.8 million barrels per day until at least March of 2018. OPEC meets later this month and has been widely expected to extend the deal. WTI Crude is at $57.23 this morning and Brent is $63.94
